Conclusions . . . Did You Know? . . .
The days of creation were six real days. After the six days of creation, the Creator rested for one real day. Our use of the week today comes from the fact of the Creation Week. A theologian or scientist who claims that a "day" could be any length of time has no right to disagree with the person who says it must be an ordinary day! Time began on the first day of the Creation Week. God created the universe by His spoken word. God created out of absolutely nothing. God made everything during the Creation Week. The just-created universe was totally perfect everywhere. God followed a logical plan of events in His Creation Week. God's plan involved creating instantly, then organizing and structuring for a few days more. Everything studied in modern science is mentioned either specifically or generally in the Genesis creation account. The language of the Bible is timeless and always accurate. The Bible avoids technical terms, because these terms are always changing.
