Why 2 Parties = 0 Choice

What is the Difference?

The difference between Republicans and Democrats appear to be getting smaller and smaller. It is almost as though they are playing from the same basic playbook and are one party. Together, during the period from 1796 to 1992, they managed to raise state spending to $10 billion. Between 1992 and 2002, only ten years, they managed to double state spending. How much will they increase state spending in the next ten years? By 2008, TennCare will have an estimated budget of $12.2 billion. How will they pay for this out of control spending? Our state’s out of control spending growth comes from government programs that grow without end. In fact, this is why 2 parties = 0 choice.

Is Gerald McCormick like Bobby Wood?

On his campaign web site, Gerald McCormick pays tribute to Bobby Wood, the Republican who has served 28 years as the State Representative for District 26. Most Republicans consider Wood a limited government conservative. The Chattanooga Times Freepress has also called Gerald McCormick limited government conservative, so perhaps Bobby Wood’s record will give us some indicator of what Gerald McCormick might accomplish in Nashville.

While opposing the state income tax, Representative Booby Wood provided the final vote required for approving the largest sales tax increase in Tennessee History.

While promoting individual responsibility, Booby Wood opposed the state lottery because he thought the state had to protect his constituents from the dangers of gambling.

While promoting freedom, Bobby Wood sponsored legislation regulating how parents can teach their children in their own homes.

While promoting fiscal responsibility, Bobby Wood served on the Finance Ways and Means Committee and the Joint Fiscal Review Committee that in 1992 were responsible for Tennessee’s first $10 billion budget. Then in the next 10 years, Bobby Wood worked with these committees to double state spending to $20 billion.

Like Bobby Wood, most consider Gerald McCormick a limited government conservative, except for those willing to look at what they really want to accomplish.

Will James Carpenter help the people of Tennessee that are poor?

James Carpenter recently stated that TennCare was the best thing ever done in Tennessee.

TennCare currently services 1.3 million Tennesseeans, or nearly 26% of the population of Tennessee.

The cost of this service is currently $7.1 billion, which the voters of District 26 will have to pay through state and federal taxes. These taxes hurt people at all economic levels, especially the poor.

By 2008, TennCare will have an estimated budget of $12.2 billion, which the voters of District 26 will have to pay through state and federal taxes. The required tax increases will hurt everyone in Tennessee, especially the poor.

Both McCormick and Carpenter said they would support Governor Bredessen’s proposed TennCare Reform, which will hurt the poor.

Bredessen’s reform plan makes no attempt to decrease the number of participants, but will decrease the quality of service being provided.

The increased tax burden and reduced quality of Bredessen’s TennCare reform will end up hurting the poor and underprivileged all across America.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for the poor, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about issues either than TennCare?

Besides the TennCare issue, major parties have implemented ten steps necessary to destroy a free enterprise system and replace it with a system of omnipotent government power.

What about Property Rights?

1. Major Parties like to use zoning laws (Zoning laws are the first step to government property ownership) and environmental regulations to take away your right to control your own property. On the national level Major Parties have created the Bureau of Land Management and the Environmental Protection Agency. Major Parties use property taxes, rent for your property, to pay for public purposes such as FREE PUBLIC EDUCATION (see No. 10). Essentially Major Parties have created the abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land (property taxes) to public purposes.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for Property Rights, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about taxes on our incomes?

2. Major Parties used the 16th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, 1913, The Social Security Act of 1936. Joint House Resolution 192 of 1933; and in some states a state "income" tax, to levy a heavy progressive or graduated income tax. While both McCormick and Carpenter oppose a state income tax, they both think everyone “should pay their fair share” in taxes to run Tennessee. Both McCormick and Carpenter want the government programs of Tennessee to be supplemented by funds collected from the Federal Income Tax, while Daniel Lewis would like to see the IRS and Federal Income Tax abolished. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 that opposes both a state and federal progressive or graduated income tax. Currently Tennesseeans are paying about 25% percent of their income in taxes. Is this what a conservative like Gerald McCormick would want to “conserve” and keep as it is.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for fewer taxes, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about your Children’s Inheritance?

3. Major Parties do not take a stand on opposing federal & state estate taxes (1916); or reformed Probate Laws, and limited inheritance via arbitrary inheritance tax statutes. These inheritance taxes created by Major Parties create an abolition of all rights of inheritance. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26, that thinks your children should be able to have all right to the inheritance you want to leave for them.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis restor all rights of inheritance, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about Government Seizures?

4. Major Parties want to continue government seizures and tax liens as authorized by Public "law" 99-570 (1986); Executive order 11490, sections 1205, 2002 which gives private land to the Department of Urban Development; the imprisonment of "terrorists" and those who speak out or write against the "government" (1997 Crime/Terrorist Bill); or the IRS confiscation of property without due process. Asset forfeiture laws are used by DEA, IRS, ATF etc). Furthermore Major Parties like to use eminent domain to take your land if they want to use it. With all these regulations Major Parties advocate the confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 that advocates stopping practices like government seizures, without due process of law.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight government seizures without due process of law, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about our Monetary System?

5. The Major Parties approve of the continuation of the Federal Reserve, which is a privately owned credit/debt system, allowed by the Federal Reserve act of 1913. All local banks are members of the Fed system, and are regulated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) another privately owned corporation. The Federal Reserve Banks issue Fiat Paper Money and practice economically destructive fractional reserve banking. Major Parties advocate the Federal Reserve in spite of the fact that it violates Article I, Section 8, Paragraph 5 and Article I, Section 10 Paragraph 1 of the Constitution for the United States of America. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 that is calling for the replacement of the Federal Reserve with an honest and constitutional monetary system. The Federal Reserve results in the centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fix our our monetary system, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about Government Regulations and Licenses?

6. Major Parties have created and approve of unconstitutional agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated through the ICC act of 1887, the Commissions Act of 1934, The Interstate Commerce Commission established in 1938, The Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Communications Commission, and Executive orders 11490, 10999, as well as state mandated driver's licenses and Department of Transportation regulations. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 that recognizes that these agencies have worked to turn your rights into privileges. Daniel Lewis believes that these agencies threaten the very foundations upon which America was founded. Daniel Lewis calls for all of these areas to be deregulated. Our country operated just fine for over a century and a half without these freedom destroying regulations. Daniel Lewis calls for us to re-legalize freedom in Tennessee and America. The Major Parties think they should take away even more of your freedom. These regulations enacted by power hungry Major Parties have established the centralization of the means of communications and transportation in the hands of the State. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in district 26 that is calling for control of communications and transportation to be returned to the hands of the people.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight government regulations and licenses, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about Production?

7. Major Parties advocate unconstitutional big government programs like the Desert Entry Act and The Department of Agriculture. These programs achieve government ownership of agriculture and production through "control or subsidies". Major Parties support the way the Department of Commerce and Labor, Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Mines, National Park Service, and the IRS control of business through corporate regulations. Through these programs Major Parties have achieved the extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for privatized control of production , then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about Work Regulations?

8. Major Parties advocate our unconstitutional minimum wage laws, that actually cause unemployment and poverty. Major Parties use the Social Security Administration and The Department of Labor to promote the equal liability of all to labor. Major Parties have used the National debt and inflation, caused by the communal bank, to attack the family by “creating” the need for a two "income" family. Major Parties use assorted Socialist Unions, affirmative action, the Federal Public Works Program, the Federal Job Corps, and Executive order 11000 to create industrial armies. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 who is calling for an end to equal liability of all to labor and the establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for less work regulations, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about State’s Rights?

9. Major Parties enacted the Planning Reorganization act of 1949, zoning (Title 17 1910-1990) and Super Corporate Farms, as well as Executive orders 11647, 11731 (which created ten unconstitutional federal regions to take the place of the 50 states) and Public "law" 89-136. These provide for forced relocations and forced sterilization programs, like in China. With these programs Major Parties have moved toward the combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equitable distribution of population over the country. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 that thinks these actions of the Major Parties are wrong and need to be repealed. Daniel Lewis is the only Candidate in District 26 that understand how the state legislature should use the 10th Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America to restore all State’s rights.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for State’s Rights, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What about Your Child’s Education?

10. Major Parties want you to be taxed to support what they call 'public' schools, but are actually "government force-tax-funded schools ". Major Parties have enacted regulation so that even private schools are government regulated. Conservative Republican Gerald McCormick recently stated that we should not abandon our public schools. Major Parties originally created “public schools to train the young to become subservient slaves of the state. As the only candidate in District 26 with a Master’s Degree in Education, Daniel Lewis is the only candidate willing to admit that our model of public education is based on the stateists philosophy of education developed in Prussia. Major Parties created and support the unconstitutional federal Department of Education. Candidates from the Major Parties, like Gerald McCormick have received the endorsements of the NEA. The NEA is the only union with federal cabinet level representation. It is also ironic that a “conservative” such as Gerald McCormick would be endorsed by the NEA which recently adopted a political agenda including gay marriage, passage of the equal rights amendment, on demand abortion, and continuation funding for the liberal and unconstitutional National Endowment for the Arts. Major Parties created and advocate Outcome Based "Education", which is further destroying the academic standards of Americas schools. Major Parties use these so that all children can be indoctrinated and inculcated with the unconstitutional government propaganda, like "majority rules", and "pay your fair share", and that America is a Democracy (see Article IV, Section 4). The concept of "fair share" comes from the Communist maxim, "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need!” Major Parties think the state should control what your children learn. Major Parties think your children need to learn the importance of "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need!” As a teacher, Daniel Lewis teaches his students that America was made the greatest society by its private initiative, tolerance, and individual responsibility. Daniel Lewis is the only candidate in District 26 that kowns that charity must not be compulsory, for Americans have always voluntarily been the MOST generous and charitable society on the planet. The Major Parties advocate free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form and the combination of education with industrial production

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight for your control of your child’s education, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

Where Did the Major Parties Get These Ideas?

Daniel Lewis opposes all of the big government programs outlined above. The Major Parties running for Tennessee House District 26 advocate every last one of these programs listed above. Although the Major Parties preach the importance of these ideas, very few of the Major Parties realize that Karl Marx described this program in his Communist Manifesto. The bolded words above are direct quotes from the Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx in 1848, and include all of Karl Marx’s ideas for establishing a communist socialist state. Those ten steps are known as the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto. And the Major Parties running for Tennessee House District 26 advocate each of them. From comparison it's clear MOST Americans have by their own politicians in both the Republican and Democratic parties, been transformed into Communists. Karl Marx in creating The Communist Manifesto designed these planks AS A TEST to determine whether a society has become communist or not. If they are all in effect and in force, then the people ARE practicing communists.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis fight the Ten Planks of The Communist Manifesto, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.

What your vote will mean?

If you vote for the Major Parties on November 2, 2004 you are saying it is all right for the government of Tennessee and America to practice communism. Communism, by any other name is still communism, and is VERY destructive to the individual freedoms and to the economic well being of a free society! To stop the growth of communism, vote for Daniel Lewis on November 2, 2004 instead of the Major Parties.

If you want to help Daniel Lewis stop the growth of communism, then please contribute to his campaign and join the Lewis Minute Men.
